Every year we make resolutions and only a small amount of people actually succeed in completing them. I usually make a few attainable ones and a few “WAY OUT THERE, would be a miracle if it happened” ones. This year I’m trying to focus more on gaining balance in all aspects of life AND reaching my goals. I don’t want to just getting in shape or just to save more money (which are always things I tend to focus on). I want to be consistently working towards bettering myself.

Consistency is something that I need and want and will help me in all of my goals. I usually fill my plate with too much and then get burnt out when I don’t succeed at everything at once. This becomes a cycle of starting and not finishing A LOT! Finding a group of people that are consistently working towards their goals has been an amazing help. I’ve found better ways of organizing my time and prioritizing the things that need to happen.
When you tell others your goals, you are more likely to follow through with them so the things I want to work consistently on are:
-Practice yoga and stretch more
-Save twice as much money in 2015
-Coach and train more clients
-Be more present with my family
-Get out and meet people in my area
-Read 1 personal development book every month
-Complete and giveaway my recipe book
-Film 1 workout video per week
-Build a steady following on Instagram
-Find a church and youth group for our family
-Go rock climbing
-Travel more in New England
-Photograph more of my family
